Terms and Conditions: The Spooktacular event will take place on Sunday, October 19, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This is a ticketed event open to the public, with limited availability. Current Annual Passholders receive free admission, but must still reserve their spot in advance due to capacity limits. During the event, families can enjoy a variety of festive activities, including early trick-or-treating, Halloween-themed crafts, and photo opportunities with Doh-Doh. All activities and supplies are available while they last. Goodie bags will be limited to one per child and available at check-in during event hours. Standard attraction rules remain in effect throughout the event. Planet Playskool reserves the right to modify or cancel activities for safety or operational reasons.

Group Admission

Group bookings are available for schools, camps, and other organizations and require a minimum of 30 guests. For the safety of our guests, we require a 1:5 chaperone/child ratio, with one complimentary chaperone ticket included for every five admission tickets purchased. Group bookings are available during normal business hours. Groups of 30–50 guests can book online.

Parties and Events

Deposit of $250 is required at the time of booking.
We recommend booking your party 2 or more weeks in advance to ensure availability (7 days minimum).

Final head count and full payment for the party is due 1 week prior to your event.
If you cancel your party 7 days prior to the event you will be issued a store credit for the deposit amount, or we will hold the deposit for a future party.
If you cancel under 7 days your deposit will be forfeited.

Child and adult party admissions are non-exchangeable.

For everyone's enjoyment and safety we require a 1:5 Adult/Child ratio.
On the next page, select your date and time for your party.
For Standard and Deluxe parties your room will start 60 minutes after your selected party arrival time.
Please plan on arriving 15-20 minutes before your scheduled party time.
