A valid ticket is required for all guests. Children under 2 are free of charge. A Child ticket must be included in your purchase in order to select an Adult Ticket.
All prices listed are starting rates; ticket sales are subject to peak pricing, including but not limited to weekends, holidays, and high-demand periods.

Group bookings are available for schools, camps, and other organizations and require a minimum of 30 guests. For the safety of our guests, we require a 1:5 chaperone/child ratio, with one complimentary chaperone ticket included for every five admission tickets purchased. Group bookings are available during normal business hours. Groups of 30–50 guests can book online.

Deposit of $250 is required at the time of booking.
We recommend booking your party 2 or more weeks in advance to ensure availability (7 days minimum).
Final head count and full payment for the party is due 1 week prior to your event.
If you cancel your party 7 days prior to the event you will be issued a store credit for the deposit amount, or we will hold the deposit for a future party.
If you cancel under 7 days your deposit will be forfeited.
For everyone's enjoyment and safety we require a 1:5 Adult/Child ratio.

For Standard and Deluxe parties your room will start 60 minutes after your selected party arrival time.
Please plan on arriving 15-20 minutes before your scheduled party time.
